Our process begins with a personalised consultation to understand your vision, needs, and the potential of your property. During this session, we’ll discuss design possibilities, assess the site’s perimeter, and map out a draft plan tailored to your requirements.

We’ll also conduct a budget feasibility review, providing a clear breakdown of expected costs to ensure your project aligns with your financial goals from the start.
2.BLUEPRINTS & BUDGETS
Timeframe: 4-6 weeks | Deposit: $5000

At this stage of the project, a $5,000 deposit is required to cover essential early-stage costs, including soil tests, site surveys, and concept design.
3.SIGNATURE SELECTIONS
Timeframe: 4-6 weeks

Crafting a masterpiece with tailored selections and smart solutions.
Our design team will begin crafting your new home, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Once you approve the concept plans, we’ll conduct a budget review to confirm everything remains on track. At this stage, you’ll receive a selections allowance document, guiding you through the process of choosing your fixtures, fittings, and finishes with our trusted suppliers.

While you’re finalising your selections with joiners, fittings & fixture providers, we’ll handle the necessary planning and approvals, saving you 4–6 weeks in project progress by preparing your plans for Development Application with the local council and relevant authorities. This ensures your project meets all regulations and receives the required permits and certifications for a smooth building process.
4.FINAL PREPARATIONS
Timeframe: 4-6 weeks

Finalising documentation, costs, and locking in a fixed-price contract.
At this stage, we begin preparing detailed construction documentation, engaging an engineer and energy consultant to ensure your home meets all structural and efficiency requirements. Our project manager will then complete the final construction estimate, which forms the foundation of your fixed-price building contract—a crucial step for securing formal finance approval.
